SHIPPING, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
SHIPPING
We offer a flat rate of $9 for standard shipping Australia-wide and $15 for express shipping. Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100.

All orders are dispatched on the next working day. During peak periods, dispatch may take longer - we’ll always keep you informed if there’s a delay.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
​We take pride in the quality of our hijabs and inners, and inspect all items before shipping. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items with a clear factory fault or defect not caused by the customer.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at bonjour@latelierdelamuseboutique.com. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be faulty. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will offer a replacement or a refund if appropriate.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong selection, or general wear and tear.
